We offer a return policy which lasts 7 days after the product has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your item had been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tag still attached. It must also be in the original packaging with the product certificate. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please contact us at orders@passionart.hk with your order number to apply for your return. We will get back to you and let you know if your return has been approved and with further mailing instructions.  

Custom items or personalized items are exempt from being returned. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition (including packaging), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

If the goods arrive damaged you must inform us within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange for a replacement provided that the following conditions are met.   

  1. Damaged product: if the product is damaged when delivered, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product with the postal payment provided by us. The replacement will only be provided if the product arrives damaged on delivery. If damage is caused by the buyer after delivery, we will not replace or refund the product.   

  1. Non-conforming products: If the product received does not match your order (including style, size, and quantity) we will arrange for a product replacement with the postal payment provided by us.   

  

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

  

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may only return your items once for each time a purchase is made.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@passionart.hk  and we will contact you with further instructions. 

  

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
